Sales Tax

No Sales Tax will be collected (except for shipments to New York & Florida ). If your order is being sent to a NY  or Florida address, your order will be shipped out at our BTYPROS NY or Florida  warehouse. We will gladly credit sales tax for resellers or government institutions. Just email us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number

We recommend that you choose Standard Shipping. You should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days.

Our Return & Warranty Policy

Within your first 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return no questions asked. Please contact our customer service department to determine the appropriate rates while you are always free to send your products directly to the manufacturer, we have done our homework and believe you will find our fees are lower than most manufacturers.
