Sales Tax

No Sales Tax will be collected (except for shipments to New York). If your order is being sent to a NY address, your order will be shipped out at BEAUTY PROS NY warehouse, we recommend that you choose Standard Shipping, you should receive your order within 1 - 2 business days. We will gladly credit sales tax for resellers or government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at: . Our Return & Warranty Policy

For All Products Received Within The Last 30 Days: Your 100% satisfaction with our products and services is our top priority. Within your first 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return no questions asked. Return Instructions

2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure your merchandise.

4. For your protection we recommend you ship via UPS, insured Parcel Post, or some other traceable ship method. Be sure to keep your receipt!

5. When items are returned for exchange, your card will be credited and then re-billed for the new / exchanged item. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process your transaction; all transactions should be complete within one full billing cycle.
